1. Acceptance
By accessing tijarax7.com or engaging TijaraX7 for services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
2. Services
TijaraX7 provides blockchain and IT engineering services including smart contract development, DeFi protocol design, Web3 backends, security reviews, and automation tooling. Scope, deliverables, and pricing for any engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) signed by both parties.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment and unless explicitly stated otherwise in an SOW, you own 100% of the source code and deployment artifacts produced for your engagement. TijaraX7 retains rights to general know-how, templates, and internal tooling used during delivery.
4. Smart Contract Risk Disclosure
Smart contracts are immutable code executed on public blockchains. Even rigorously reviewed contracts may contain undiscovered vulnerabilities. TijaraX7 follows industry best practices but cannot guarantee absolute security. Clients are responsible for independent audits where regulatory or treasury risk warrants them, and for monitoring deployed systems.
5. Confidentiality
All non-public information you share during an engagement is treated as confidential. We do not disclose client identities, technical specifications, or business details without written permission.
6. Payment Terms
Fees, milestones, and payment schedules are defined per-engagement in the SOW. Standard terms are 50% upfront for fixed-scope work and monthly invoicing for retainers. We accept bank transfer and major stablecoins (USDC, USDT) on Ethereum and BNB Chain.
7. Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TijaraX7's aggregate liability for any claim related to an engagement is limited to the fees paid by the client for that engagement. We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from third-party protocols, oracles, or chain-level failures.
8. Use of Website
You may not use tijarax7.com to attempt to gain unauthorized access, distribute malware, harvest personal data, or impersonate TijaraX7 or third parties. We reserve the right to restrict access for abusive behavior.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Surat, Gujarat, unless mutually agreed otherwise in writing.
